Different Way Of Insanity Workout Program
September 2, 2010 on 6:09 am | By admin | In 176 | Comments OffInsanity Workout Program comes from the word insanity or insane it is something different. It is with great intensity and power. Many people tried to apply this program but for certain they failed for they thought only of the effects and not of the training. The training is really hard, that is for you to know first before you start this program. The Insanity workout is totally different from the Hip Hop Abs workout and is being labeled as the hardest workout program ever put on a DVD. In this new workout program Shaun T utilizes his technique of burning the most amount of calories in an hour called MAX interval training. This workout pushes you to your maximum potential without expensive home exercise equipment.
Shaun T took regular interval training and basically pumped it up about ten notches. MAX interval training involves longer bursts of high-intensity exercises followed by smaller rests periods. Most interval training programs that have been done before had shorter high-intensity bursts with longer resting periods. So, instead of doing a minute of constant knee lifts, with Insanity you may be doing 3 minutes of constant knee lifts. With the Insanity workout you alternate between aerobic intervals and anaerobic intervals, so you body is constantly challenged with new exercises.
These are examples of Intense Workouts:
Dig Deeper & Fit Test: To start, Shaun will put your body to the test and see what you’re made of. (30 minutes)
Plyometric Cardio Circuit: Burn fat with intervals of intense lower-body plyometrics and sweat-inducing cardio. (40 minutes)
Cardio Power & Resistance: Build lean muscle and upper-body definition with strength-training and power moves. (40 minutes)
Cardio Recovery & Max Recovery: Shaun goes easier on you once a week so you’ll be ready for the next round. (80 minutes)
