Loosing Weight is Hard Work But Not Impossible

I have been eating this past few months and I think I gained significant weight from previous months. I actually have toned down but with too much staying up late and abnormal eating habits, I added up more than 10 lbs which is definitely unhealthy. I am so obsessed at loosing weight since high school because my friends would tease me all the time. High school was even harder and college life was bitter. Some people say it would really be hard for me to loose weight since I got this genetically.I really want to prove them wrong so I will try to do everything just to get to my ideal weight but all my efforts went to nothing. Although watching aero videos and some taebo techniques are quite popular and not very effective I still want to give it a try.
